Safety Program

Acme Building Maintenance has a moral and legal responsibility to provide and maintain a safe working environment for our employees. Work place inspections and in-place safety procedures are a part of each cleaning system we create. By constantly making our employees aware of the potential dangers of their work environment, we hope to maintain an accident free work place. For this purpose, we have developed a safety program that we feel is simple yet thorough.

Employee Benefits and Incentive Programs

There are no fool proof guidelines or formulas that can be used to motivate employees. What motivates one person may be of no interest or value to another. Motivation is a personal matter that comes from within each individual. It is our responsibility to create a working environment that encourages and allows a person to become motivated about their duties.
In addition to an Employee of the Month Bonus Program, we recognize the need for other, less tangible incentives which are necessary for high morale and job satisfaction, such as respect, fair and impartial treatment, recognition and responsibility, just to name a few.

Quality Control Program

Acme Building Maintenance has developed and refined a system of thorough quality control with built-in safeguards against most problems. We use a strategic planning process to learn your facility, which allows us to identify specific needs and special attention areas. From this, we develop a customized, clearly outlined systematic cleaning program designed to insure efficiency, thoroughness and consistent quality results. Through the use of experienced, highly trained janitorial teams assigned to designated areas of responsibility, we enhance job performance and accountability. Finally, three levels of supervision are maintained to minimize the possibility of error and to insure quality job performance in order to meet or exceed standards.
In addition to the consistent use of cleaning checklists and schedules, we perform a regular walk-through to ensure that nothing is overlooked, and also to locate opportunities for improvement.

Training Programs

Committed to the precepts of efficiency and capability, Acme Building Maintenance is constantly striving to enhance the abilities of those we rely upon to perform the objectives of our clients.
Employees The employees of Acme Building Maintenance are constantly and consistently trained on new procedures, products and systems. Through the use of thorough training videos obtained through BSCAI (Building Service Contractors Association International), all areas of commercial janitorial services are covered.
Management
The management staff of Acme Building Maintenance is required to successfully complete one (1) full year of a management training program known as The Bullet Proof Manager from Crestcom International, Inc. and the Leadership Institute of Ft. Worth, Texas. Topics covered include:
• How to Train and Keep Winners
• How to Plan Your Way to Increased Productivity
• How to Build a Creative Atmosphere
In addition to this extensive twelve month course, all management staff is required to review the employee training videos on a regular basis.
