1. Empty all waste receptacles; remove wastepaper and trash from the premises; replace trash can liners.
2. Empty and damp wipe all ashtrays.
3. Vacuum all rugs and carpeted areas in offices.
4. Hand dust and wipe clean with damp or treated cloth all office furniture, files, fixtures, paneling, window sills and all other horizontal surfaces; wash window sills when necessary.
5. Damp wipe and polish all glass furniture tops.
6. Remove all finger marks and smudges from all vertical surfaces.
7. Wash all drinking fountains.
8. Dust arms, backs and legs on chairs and sofas. Spot whisk fabric upholstery.
9. Sweep or dry mop tile or wood floors.

1. Dress and buff floors to maintain scuff-free high gloss.
C. Services performed monthly.
1. Dust air vents, ledges, venetian blinds and high areas.
2. Wipe clean all vertical furniture surfaces.
D. Services performed as necessary.
1. Wash window sills.
2. Damp mop floors where spillage occurred.
3. Dust all baseboards.
4. Spot clean carpet.
