Calculations are based on the Contractor providing all labor, supervision, management, cleaning equipment and supplies, small tools, related taxes and insurance required to perform the services and schedules set forth in this proposal.
Plastic can liners and restroom supplies such as tissue, towels and hand soap will be provided by Acme Building Maintenance.
Prices quoted herein are based on the current Federal Minimum Wage Rates. As additional wage increases are imposed on Acme Building Maintenance due to current legislation or additional changes in City, State and/or Federal regulations, the monthly rates shall be adjusted to cover such increases in wages related to payroll costs. Acme Building Maintenance will, prior to increasing related billing rates, secure Pelotons’ approval for such increases.
The monthly charges for janitorial services for the property will be calculated based on a five (5) day per week work schedule, excluding observed holidays, and on the cleanable square footage each month.
