PUBLIC AREAS
A. Services performed nightly.1. Empty, damp wipe, sift or otherwise service all ashtrays and sand urns.
2. Clean and sanitize all drinking fountains; vending machines, table tops, chairs, counter tops and sinks in lunch room facilities.
3. Dust all furniture and fixtures.
4. Vacuum all carpeted areas.
5. Spot clean all hard surface floors.
6. Maintain public areas in a clean condition by policing trash.
7. Spot clean all fingerprints from doors, frames, light switches, push/kick plates and handles.
8. Spot clean all interior glass, entrance doors, partitions and sidelights.
9. Spot clean stains on carpeted areas.
10. Clean and polish all metal fittings.
11. Dust mop all hard surface floors with a treated dust mop.
12. Sweep and/or vacuum entrance mats.
13. Wipe down mail depository; keep glass and metal clean.
14. Keep supply rooms in a clean, neat and orderly condition.
15. Elevators:
a) Vacuum carpet flooring.
b) Clean metal control panel.
c) Clean inside and outside of cab doors.
d) Clean elevator track (door).
e) Spot clean walls and carpet as needed.
B. Services performed weekly.
1. Spray buff all hard surface floors.
2. Dust all fire extinguishers.
C. Services performed quarterly.
1. Dust clean all vertical surfaces such as walls, partitions, doors, door bucks and other surfaces above shoulder height.
2. Damp dust all ceiling air conditioning diffusers, wall grids, registers and other ventilating louvers.
