A. Services performed nightly.
1. Empty and sanitize all receptacles and sanitary disposals; thoroughly clean and wash once per week; replace trash liners.
2. Mop, rinse and dry floors.
3. Clean all mirrors, bright work and enameled surfaces.
4. Scrub all fixtures using a cleaner to remove all stains.
5. Wash and disinfect all basins, urinals and bowls using non-abrasive cleaners.
6. Clean all metal fixtures, hinges and piping.
7. Remove spots, stains and fingerprints from metal partitions, walls and outside surfaces of all dispensers and soap dishes.
8. Damp mop and sanitize all hard surface floors.
9. Restock restrooms with all necessary supplies.
B. Services performed weekly.
1. Thoroughly wash all partitions, tile walls, dispensers and receptacles.
2. Spray buff all hard surface floors.
3. Wash all baseboards.
C. Services performed monthly.
1. Vacuum all louvers, ventilating grills and dust light fixtures.
2. Wash and polish all walls, partitions, tile walls and enamel surfaces from trim to floor.
D. Services performed as necessary.
1. Strip and refinish all hard surface floors.
